What is F45?
F45 Training workouts are designed to unify the muscle groups of the body to help you move and feel stronger in all aspects of your life. The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and hit style workouts geared towards everyday movement. The 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun.
After class, everyone will receive a 7-day free trial pass.
