Parties at Ben’s Bells are a great way to celebrate and give back to your community.

To reserve space at Ben’s Bells Downtown Tucson, Ben's Bells Phoenix, or Ben's Bells Connecticut, please submit your request at least 30 days prior to your event.


  • May bring your own food, cake, and drinks
    • Please bring your own water, as  there are no water fountains  on site
    • Must dispose of trash on site
  • All decorations must be attached with tape or command products; no tacks or nails can be used. Hosts will have access to begin decorating and setting up 30 minutes prior to the scheduled party start time.
  • Maximum group sizes are: Downtown Tucson (25 participants); Main Gate (12 participants), Phoenix (25 participants); Connecticut (35 participants) 


  • For parties with teens and children under age 16 we recommend 1 chaperone per 8 children

Example, Saturday, September 24, 2016, 10am-12pm. Space availability is dependent on location (Downtown Tucson, Phoenix, or Connecticut). Parties are scheduled in 2-hour increments.
By submitting this form, I agree to provide our exact or maximum head count no later than one week before our scheduled date. I understand that I may cancel up to two weeks prior to our group event, and if my group cancels less than two weeks prior to our event, or we do not show up for our scheduled time, we will be charged the studio minimum fee of $100.00.
