Host your next party at Ben’s Bells! Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, bridal showers, and more while you engage in a fun, hands-on art experience and connect with your community!

Parties at Ben’s Bells include the private use of our studio space, as well as guided instruction on the creation of our handmade ceramic pieces (appropriate to age and skill level).

Maximum party size

Downtown Tucson – 25 participants
Main Gate Tucson – 12 participants
Phoenix – 25 participants
Connecticut – 30 participants

By submitting this form, I agree to provide our exact or maximum head count no later than one week before our scheduled date. I understand that I may cancel up to two weeks prior to our group event, and if my group cancels less than two weeks prior to our event, or we do not show up for our scheduled time, we will be charged the studio minimum fee of $100.00.

Additional Information

Parties at Ben’s Bells do not include water, food, cake, drinks, or decorations. You are welcome to provide these items for your party and set them up in the studio.

Decorations may be attached with tape or command products; no tacks or nails may be used.

Hosts will have access to begin decorating and setting up 30 minutes before the scheduled party start time.

Trash from your party must be disposed of; there are options to do so at each studio.

For parties with participants under 16 years of age, we recommend 1 chaperone per 8 participants.
