It is with heavy hearts that we remember Vera Ulibarri, beloved daughter of our esteemed IFRC President and Arizona Tiffany Circle member, Kate Forbes. Vera’s sudden passing this past May has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of all who knew her. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a radiant presence whose kindness and spirit touched many.
In honor of Vera’s life and legacy, the women of the Arizona Tiffany Circle have chosen to create a Memorial Bench—a place of reflection, peace, and remembrance.
