5 Ways to Practice Intentional Kindness on World Kindness Day

1. Explore Ben’s Bells Tools for Kindness

The tools, crafts, and other activities on this page are ways to engage with our educational programming and support your kindness practice. Use these resources in your home, classroom, workplace, club/group, or elsewhere, and enjoy!

2. Volunteer

Ben’s Bells is successful because of the tremendous support of the community. Volunteers help create the Ben’s Bells that are distributed in communities, and the “Be Kind” ornaments and merchandise that are sold in our shops, helping to fund open art studios and kindness education programs.

3. Nominate a Kind Individual

If you know someone who inspires kindness within the Greater Tucson, Phoenix, or Connecticut community, nominate them for a Ben’s Bell. And remember, expressing gratitude is an act of kindness, so thank you!
